Born and raised in Los Angeles, Frank Rorie attended Loyola High School and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1999 with his Bachelor’s Degree in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from USC Law School in 2002, where he was an editor and member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
After law school, Rorie joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a litigation associate in its Los Angeles office. In his career at Orrick, he directly managed multi-million dollar cases in state and federal courts, tried cases to successful verdicts, and was published favorably on appeal. He left Orrick to start his own firm in 2013, delivering big-firm results for dozens of clients at a fraction of the cost.

In 2005, I helped found the Associates Board for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles—a volunteer organization dedicated to providing pro bono representation, fundraising, and legal service to low-income families. I served as Executive Chair of this organization from 2006 to 2008.
I was appointed as a volunteer commissioner for the City of West Hollywood, serving on its Public Facilities Commission in 2013. I chaired and vice-chaired the Commission in 2015-2016. The Commission reviews the proposed development of all public facilities, including parks, City-owned buildings, the library, landscaping, and streetscapes. I maintain close relationships with the City's staff and leadership to this day.
I currently serve as a member of the Los Angeles Law Library and volunteer with the lawyers in the library program every month, helping people in need with legal advice and assistance.
